Ferrari 250 GTO (1962 Goodwood Tourist Trophy) - 1:18 Scale Diecast Model Car by Kyosho
- 1:18 Scale (approximately ten inches in length)
- Diecast metal body, features opening hood, doors and trunk
- Poseable steering
The 1962 running of the Goodwood Tourist Trophy saw a field that included three future World Champions: Graham Hill, Jim Clark and John Surtees. However, it was plucky underdog Innes Ireland in the UDT Laystall-entered Ferrari 250 GTO that would outlast the competition to bring home the victory. Clad in an unusual pistachio green livery and with a right hand drive configuration, the UDT Laystall GTO would go on to become one of the most recognizable and most beloved out of the 36 GTOs produced. Kyosho now offer a beautifully crafted 1:18-scale diecast metal replica of this iconic Ferrari GT racer, featuring exceptional detail throughout. Of special note are the car's unique bits, namely a whimsical tartan-adorned bonnet and insect deflector, along with the customarily excellent engine and cockpit presentation for which Kyosho is famous.
