What is your return policy?
Model Citizen prides itself on offering a flawless, desirable product, but we understand that sometimes a customer may not be 100% satisfied. To that end, we offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee on any item that is returned due to damage or defect. All other returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
From what location do your models ship?
All of our model cars are held in inventory in our facility in El Segundo, California, USA, and ship from this same location. We prefer to hold items in inventory rather than drop-ship, as we feel it offers us an extra level of quality control over the products that we sell.
What shipping options are available?
Domestic (U.S.) orders totaling $99 or less (before applicable sales tax) ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Domestic orders $100 or more ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders, where available, ship using USPS International First Class or Priority Mail.
