Few superlatives can adequately describe the Pagani Zonda R. It is, quite simply, one of the greatest, most outrageous track-day supercars ever conceived. Powered by a 6-liter V12 derived from the Mercedes CLK-GTR powerplant, the high-downforce Zonda R is built around a carbon-fiber tub, and features an on-board pneumatic airjack system for rapid tire changes. With 750 horsepower on tap to motivate only a 2400-pound curb weight, the Zonda R once held the Nurburgring production car record with at time of 6:47 around the Nordschliefe.

Only 15 Zonda Rs were produced, but for those of us who missed out on the car's original launch, we're pleased to offer a brilliant 1:64-scale premium diecast replica by Tarmac Works, from their Global64 line. Finished in lustrous "Bianco Benny" White, the Zonda R is accented by beautiful striping and accurately rendered aerodynamic trim, and rides atop real rubber tires to complete the realistic effect.
